Your StepUpLimo driver will be at the airport when your plane arrives. We track your flight in real time to adjust for early or delayed landings, ensuring a prompt pickup. As soon as your flight touches down, your driver will reach out to coordinate a pickup spot that’s easy and convenient for you.

Customers may cancel their reservation up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

We are committed to delivering outstanding service and rely on open communication with our customers regarding any updates or changes. If a customer does not inform us of changes and fails to show up at the scheduled time, StepUpLimo will charge the full fare for the reservation.

An additional $15 fee applies to any pickup or drop-off scheduled between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

During a snowstorm when a State of Emergency is declared, additional charges may apply, up to a maximum of 35% of the regular fare.

Our drivers monitor flights and adjust their arrival times to match your schedule. If a flight is canceled, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify StepUpLimo. Failure to do so will result in the fare being non-refundable.

Our pet policy is designed to ensure there’s enough space for your pet’s kennel, your luggage, and other passengers’ belongings. All animals, except service animals, must be in a kennel to ride with StepUpLimo.

Kennel guidelines:

  • Pets under 25 pounds: Lap carriers are allowed.
  • Pets over 25 pounds: Must use a suitable kennel.

Service animals are exempt from these restrictions in accordance with ADA requirements. Passengers with allergies should be aware that other travelers in the vehicle may have pets or service animals.

Billing FAQ’s

Payment for StepUpLimo services can be made using any major credit or debit card. We do not accept checks, and cash is only accepted for gratuities to your chauffeur.

Receipts are generated at the time of payment and automatically emailed to you. For more details or a customized invoice, please contact us by phone or email for assistance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Checks are not accepted, and cash is only accepted for chauffeur gratuities. Online payments via PayPal are available upon request. Corporate accounts can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Service Fee is an administrative charge that covers the costs associated with the provision of a service.

A credit card authorization is collected at the time of reservation to confirm your booking and process any charges due.

The rate provided at the time of booking is an estimate based on the information you shared. The final fare may change if any of the following occur:

  • Extra waiting time
  • Airport meet & greet services
  • Additional stops during the trip
  • Any costs incurred during the service
  • Required tolls or parking fees

For Sedans and SUVs, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For Minibuses and Sprinters, a 72-hour notice is required. Bus and group bookings are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made within the required notice period will incur a 50% charge.

When you travel with StepUpLimo by coach, you’ll enjoy a professionally trained, state-licensed chauffeur along with complimentary bottled water, ice, cups, paper towels, trash bags, hand sanitizer, your choice of satellite radio, and 5G Wi-Fi (where available).

Once your attendance at an event is confirmed, the next step is to make your reservation. Limousine bookings typically require 16–30 days’ notice to ensure a safe and seamless experience.

This is especially important for specialty vehicles, including—but not limited to—exotic cars, minibuses, party buses, sprinters, and stretch limousines.

As soon as you’re planning, make sure to reserve your vehicle(s) and service(s) for the dates of choice. You can always cancel at no charge WITHIN the cancellation period, but ensure you secure your dates.

For most domestic flights, we recommend arriving 1 hour before boarding at smaller airports and 2 hours before for international flights. At larger airports, plan to arrive 2 hours prior for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international departures.

Booking by the hour is more cost-effective when you need multiple stops at your convenience. Separate transfers are recommended when traveling point-to-point at a specific time, especially if the next pickup is 3 hours or more after your initial departure.

All vehicle reservations require a minimum cancellation notice; otherwise, the full fare will be charged:

  1. Sedans & SUVs: Minimum 18-hour notice
  2. Executive Sprinters & Vans: Minimum 6-day notice
  3. Stretch Limos, Sprinter Limos, Buses & Exotic Cars: Minimum 12-day notice
